Greg Sharp is a seasoned sales and business leader with 12 years of experience at NTT Data, a technical and consulting services company, where he currently serves as Area Sales Director for Major Accounts. His professional background also includes successful tenures at Cisco as an IT Sales Executive and Reynolds & Reynolds as a Sales and Strategic Account Executive. This extensive experience in the technology sector has honed his skills in sales, business development, and strategic account management.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Greg is deeply committed to community service. He is actively involved in both Pinnacle Presbyterian Church and Christ Anglican Church, demonstrating his dedication to faith-based initiatives. Furthermore, he has chaired the NTT Charity Softball Tournament for five years, a significant undertaking that benefits the Steve Westerman Memorial Scholarship, a collaboration between the LEO Foundation and STEM for Christ. This initiative underscores his commitment to supporting education, particularly in the STEM fields.

On a personal note, Greg has been married to Ju-Leigh for 25 years (together for 32 years) and is the proud parent of Hannah, a freshman at the University of Alabama. His educational background includes an MBA in International Business from the University of St. Thomas and a BBA from New Mexico State University, providing a strong foundation for his business acumen. Greg’s combined professional success, community involvement, and dedication to family make him a valuable asset to the Leo Foundation.

Rob is the president and director of Brenbecke, Inc. and NSS Concrete Polishing, commercial subcontractor companies he founded in 2005 and acquired in 2023, respectively. Previously, he was the vice president of a major subcontracting company based in Southern California. Rob has over 35 years of industry experience.

Rob is the proud father of four adult children and grandpa to one granddaughter. He’s excited for his family to grow.

Rob’s lifelong ambition is to live a Christ-like life, being a godly example to those he encounters. Rob is a benefactor of HOPE International Development Agency and a children’s sponsor with Compassion International.

Outside of work, you will find Rob traveling with friends and family, volunteering on international mission trips, and mentoring the next generation of leaders in moral and ethical business management.

Dr. Jennifer K. Billingsley is an accomplished academic and healthcare executive with more than two decades of leadership experience in higher education, nursing, and community service. She currently serves as Provost and Chief Academic Officer at United States University, where she provides strategic leadership for academic programs, accreditation, faculty development, and student success initiatives. In addition to her role as Accreditation Liaison Officer for WSCUC, she has led major institutional initiatives focused on innovation, assessment, diversity, and workforce-aligned education. She is also the Owner and CEO of VIP Wellcare, further demonstrating her entrepreneurial leadership and commitment to advancing healthcare access and quality.

As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Certified Nurse Educator, Dr. Billingsley has served in several senior academic leadership roles, including Dean of the College of Nursing and Health Sciences and Chair of the Doctor of Nursing Practice Program. She has extensive experience in organizational leadership, governance, curriculum development, and mentoring future healthcare leaders. Deeply committed to serving students and cultivating the next generation of leaders, she is passionate about creating educational environments that empower learners to achieve academic, professional, and personal success. Guided by her Christian faith, she is actively engaged in ministry and community service, including serving as a commissioned Stephen Minister and Bible study leader.

Dr. Billingsley’s leadership and values strongly align with the LEO Foundation’s mission to invest in future generations through leadership development, educational opportunity, mentorship, and community impact. Her lifelong commitment to student success, servant leadership, and empowering others reflects the Foundation’s focus on building confident, purpose-driven leaders who strengthen their communities through education, faith, and service.

Darrin Anderson is an accomplished executive leader with more than 30 years of experience in education, organizational leadership, and community impact. Throughout his career, he has successfully led schools and multi-site organizations focused on improving outcomes for children, families, and communities through servant leadership, operational excellence, and relationship-driven collaboration.

Since September 2025, Darrin has served as Chief Operating Officer of Valley Pediatric ABA, where he oversees operational growth initiatives, expansion planning, and community outreach in support of children and families receiving behavioral health services. Prior to this role, he served as General Executive Vice President of the Conductive Education Center of Arizona (CECA), helping lead the organization’s strategic planning, operational development, enrollment growth, and community partnerships during its inaugural year of operation.

Prior to his work in the pediatric healthcare sector, Darrin spent more than a decade with Imagine Schools as Regional Director, overseeing operations for 14 campuses across Arizona and California serving approximately 8,500 students and 900 staff members. His leadership experience includes school start-ups, campus expansion projects, budgeting and compliance oversight, facility development, and team leadership. He is widely recognized for his ability to mentor leaders, build strong partnerships, and guide organizations through growth and change with integrity and purpose.

Darrin earned both his B.S. in Elementary Education and M.Ed. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from University of Northern Colorado. Guided by his Christian faith, he is passionate about investing in future generations through leadership, mentorship, and service to others. Outside of his professional work, Darrin is actively involved in his church community and enjoys training in Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
