My name is Gianna Genaro and I am a senior at GCU pursuing a degree in Communications with an Emphasis in Interpersonal Relations. I am especially interested in pursuing a career as part of a non-profit organization that focuses on protecting biblical values in the public sphere, and I believe this degree would be incredibly useful in regards to a job in that field. I have also been loving my classes for my Vocal Performance minor–this is a passion of mine and music has been enriching my education as well as my personal development, allowing me to perform, produce music, and serve on the worship team at my church. I am amazed at how the Lord has used the Leo Foundation to ease the financial burden of school and to make it possible for me to really dig into my studies and reap the benefits of a high quality, Christian education. Each year of school I have prayed for continued financial provision and every time the Lord has shown his faithfulness through the generosity of the Leo Foundation and Ms. Madeline Winney. I am forever grateful for the Leo Foundation’s investment in my education.
